Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 12 pm daily. Early check in and late check out depends on room availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact the Wildwood Lodge Pewaukee’s front desk at 1-888-506-2005 on the day of arrival to request an early check in or a late check out if needed.

If you booked directly through our website, reservations must be cancelled by 6 pm the day of arrival to receive a full refund. However, if you booked through a third party, like Expedia or another booking site, you must adhere to their individual cancellation policies.

The Wildwood Lodge provides free WIFI for all of our guests. To login, select “Wildwood Guest WiFi” and agree to the terms and conditions.

All parking in the Wildwood Lodge lot is complimentary with your stay. You will, however, need to register your vehicle at the front desk upon check in to ensure that all vehicles in the lot are those of our guests.

The Wildwood Lodge is a non-smoking hotel. If you wish to smoke, there are designated smoking areas and ash trays on each side of the hotel. If you, or one of your guests, smoke in the hotel, your credit card will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.

If you have any possessions that you would like locked up during your stay, the front desk offers safety deposit boxes. The Wildwood Lodge is not responsible for lost or stolen articles not placed in our safety deposit box.

We encourage all of our guests to contact the front desk if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours per day to assist you with any special needs, questions or concerns. The Wildwood Lodge offers a limited number of cribs and rollaway beds for our guests’ convenience. Rollaway beds are only available for guests staying in our two room suites, per fire code. Please contact the front desk at 1-888-506-2005 if you wish to use a crib at no charge or a rollaway bed for $10 per night.

All rooms at the Wildwood Lodge are equipped with a mini fridge. Suites are equipped with both a microwave and mini fridge.

Our swimming pool and whirlpool are located on the main level of the hotel off of the corridor across from the front desk. No lifeguard is on duty so all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Towels for swimming are provided and can be found in the canoe on the far wall as well as on the tables throughout the pool area. Beverages are permitted in the pool area as long as they are in plastic bottles or containers. Glass bottles or containers are not allowed at any time. The last hour of each night is adult swim, reserved for guests aged 21 years and older.

Yes! Our fitness center is located on the lower level of the hotel and guests may access it 24 hours a day with their room key card. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to use the fitness center.

The Wildwood Lodge is a dog friendly hotel and we accept all dogs regardless of breed or weight. If you choose to travel with your dog at Wildwood, it is an additional $20 fee per dog, per night and we have a maximum of two (2) dogs per room policy. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area or in any of our public spaces. Dogs that are disruptive to other hotel guests may be asked to leave. Disruptive behavior includes incessant barking, aggressive behavior, etc. The reservation holder will be held responsible for any excessive damage incurred during your stay.

Same-day dry cleaning is available Monday – Friday, courtesy of Wolf’s Dry Cleaning. Items brought to the front desk by 8 am will be delivered to your room by 7 pm on the same day.

A coin operated laundry (one washer and one dryer) is located on the third floor by the vending machines and costs $1.00 each. Open 24 hours. The front desk also has laundry detergent and fabric softener available for purchase at $.75 for each.

Housekeeping is done daily for our guests. If you choose to pass on our housekeeping services, please set your “Do Not Disturb” door hanger on the outside of your door. Please contact the front desk if at any time during your stay you need additional blankets, pillows, soap, hangers, linens, or towels.

All televisions are equipped with a closed captioned encoding device for the hearing impaired. The front desk also offers a kit that includes a TDD telephone, printer and other notification devices. Handicap accessible rooms and suites are also available upon request.

While we do not have a restaurant on-site, we are situated next to the award-winning Machine Shed and Thunder Bay Grille, both of which will provide room service to our guests. We do have an on-site bar called the Rusty Moose Lounge that’s located next to our breakfast area. The lounge is open Monday – Thursday beginning at 5 pm, with an evening reception that offers guests a complimentary beverage between 5 – 7 pm.

There are also ice, soda and snack machines located on each floor adjacent to the elevator.
